I’m Having Trouble Activating My License
Note: This doesn’t apply to Envato customers
If you’re having errors when activating your license, here are a few things to try..
1. Deactivate then Activate the Plugin
This mostly happens to people updating to a higher version. If you directly updated the plugin’s files manually and skipped the whole update or deactivate-activate steps, some processes may have not run properly. Please deactivate the plugin, then reactivate it and try inputting your license again.
2. Clear Freemius Cache
As of v3.2, Page Builder Sandwich has integrated with Freemius. There have been cases where clearing Freemius data fixes license activation errors. Here’s how to fix it.
Go into your dashboard, and the change your url to http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=freemius (don’t forget to change the URL to correspond to your site.) If you reach this place below, then you’re in the right place.
Click on the Delete All Accounts button, and then also click on the Clear API Cache button. After doing this, try inputting your license key again.
